Job summary

A to Z Media, Portland, US, seeks a Procurement and Pricing Manager to lead vendor relationships and global sourcing across vinyl, CD, print, packaging, and apparel.

You will build live pricing benchmarks, drive cost reductions, and partner with Product, Design, Operations, and Finance to align pipelines, forecasts, and creative requirements for a resilient, cost-efficient supply network.

Qualifications

• Procurement and Purchasing experience in entertainment or high-volume merchandise preferred.
• NetSuite experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management & Strategic Sourcing across product streams: vinyl, CD, print, packaging, apparel.
• Onboard new vendors to diversify the supply base and optimize capacity and pricing.
• Negotiate MSAs and SLAs to maximize margins while maintaining quality and ethics.
• Develop KPIs for vendor performance and streamline procurement workflows.
• Provide regular supply chain health and cost-savings reporting to executives.
