Job summary

A to Z Media in Portland, OR is seeking a Procurement and Pricing Manager to lead our global supply chain network. You will architect the vendor ecosystem, manage legacy relationships, onboard new partners, and own pricing intelligence from cost benchmarking to governance.

Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and Finance to forecast pipelines, drive cost savings, and ensure ethical sourcing. You will negotiate multi-million dollar contracts and develop standardized pricing dashboards

Qualifications

• Candidates must have direct, proven experience managing Procurement and Purchasing, ideally within entertainment, music, publishing, or high-volume merchandise industries.
• NetSuite experience is required.
• Experience with vendor management and pricing governance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the network of vendors across vinyl, CD, print, packaging, and apparel.
• Cultivate and maximize long-term relationships with existing vendors.
• Identify, vet, and onboard new, innovative vendors to mitigate risks and drive pricing competitiveness.
• Negotiate MSAs and SLAs to maximize margins while maintaining quality.
