Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD by June 2027 is required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project-based rotations across multiple Procurement areas with defined tasks.
• Prepare and support supplier negotiations, including pricing analysis.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance category management and data-driven decisions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration within Bayer’s Procurement community.
• Monitor progress toward objectives and improve procurement processes.
• Engage with mentors and senior stakeholders for growth and ownership of initiatives.
• Participate in international assignments or business trips for global exposure.
• Participate in leadership development activities to strengthen strategic thinking.
