Job summary

You will manage a team of buyers, specialists, and analysts, partner with finance, legal, and operations, and implement procurement tech, analytics, and KPIs to optimize the global supply chain and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive procurement and supply chain experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency with procurement technology, data analytics, and KPIs.
• Professional certifications (CPSM, CPPO, APICS, PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans and sourcing strategies aligned with Skechers's business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Lead and manage procurement team members including buyers, specialists, and analysts; provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Conduct strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor management across procurement categories.
• Drive cost optimization programs and procurement savings targets while maintaining quality standards and supplier performance.
• Establish and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, operations, and business units to support procurement initiatives.
• Implement procurement technology solutions, data analytics, and KPIs to measure performance and drive improvements.
