Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee procurement across a client account portfolio. You will lead a team, develop strategies, and secure cost-effective purchasing while collaborating with multiple departments.

The role emphasizes supplier relationships, contract oversight, and leveraging analytics to optimize procurement outcomes in a global real estate context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• MBA or related Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement relationships globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate and other key stakeholders.
• Implement programs and initiatives to ensure achievement of goals, metrics & KPIs.
• Develop and implement a procurement strategy based on identified opportunities.
• Develop and facilitate high complexity RFPs, analyze responses and negotiate to obtain results.
• Interpret contracts, negotiate with vendors and ensure contractual records retention plans.
