Requirements include at least 6 years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Korean language skills are a plus. Based in New York City, NY.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and securing cost savings.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, sourcing strategies, and contract negotiation techniques.
• Experience in managing and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Experience handling projects independently and collaborating with multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with initiative and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Continue to evolve and expand our procurement strategy aligned with Samsung Ads’ business objectives.
• Conduct market research and identify qualified vendors for required goods and services.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts, ensuring optimal pricing and terms for Samsung Ads.
• Manage vendor relationships, building strong partnerships that deliver mutual benefit. Oversee the procurement process, ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spending. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, etc., to ensure a smooth procurement process.
• Stay updated on industry trends in procurement and sourcing best practices.
