Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage orders, invoices, and vendor relations within the US supply chain.

You will support product development projects and enforce purchasing policies while overseeing SCM activities for assigned programs. The role requires strong communication, SAP experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP or similar business systems.
• MS Office proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Place and follow up on orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Handle invoice, vendor authorization, RMA, and vendor credit issues.
• Develop and enforce purchasing policies and procedures.
• Support projects by fulfilling procurement needs and requirements.
• Oversee SCM activities for assigned projects and meet schedules.
• Directly place and track orders to expedite delivery and meet milestones.
