Job summary

Welltech is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and scale its global IT procurement function. You will own the end-to-end contract lifecycle, strategic sourcing, and supplier management in a fast-paced international environment.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, drive cost savings, and optimize ERP/Jira systems. Fluency in English and strong leadership across cross-functional teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in procurement with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in international or multinational IT/tech companies.
• Strong background in IT procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle—drafting, negotiations, renewals, terminations.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, tender processes, supplier evaluations, and negotiations.
• Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders on supplier selection and purchasing strategies.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities and optimize supplier spend.
• Drive procurement process improvements and optimize Jira and ERP systems.
