Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior-level Global Head of Procurement to steer the transformation of indirect spending, supplier governance, and category management across NA, EMEA, and APAC. You will shape strategy, drive AI-enabled spend analytics, and build a scalable enterprise capability that partners with Finance, Legal, IT, and business leadership.

The role requires 15+ years of procurement leadership, deep experience in professional services categories, and a track record of C-suite

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in procurement, finance, accounting, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in procurement and/or sourcing.
• Proven track record leading global procurement organizations and enterprise transformation.
• Deep expertise in indirect sourcing within professional services (tax, accounting, legal, or consulting).
• Experience with IT, facilities, and travel categories.
• Experience onboarding vendors and suppliers from acquisitions.
• Executive leadership and stakeholder influence at the C-suite level.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Ryan’s global procurement vision, strategy, and operating model.
• Lead maturation of procurement into a scalable enterprise capability.
• Strengthen procurement governance, technology, and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide executive leadership for the global procurement organization.
• Drive cost savings, value realization, and KPI oversight.
• Lead enterprise-wide sourcing strategies for indirect goods and services.
• Oversee complex contract negotiations and supplier governance.
• Drive procurement transformation, digital enablement, and spend analytics.
• Travel independently 30% to 50%.
