Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a procurement leader to create and execute the procurement strategy for assigned suppliers.

You will collaborate with global and regional procurement specialists to lead strategy creation, market approaches, and contract negotiations through implementation. This role requires assessing business requirements and driving tenders and cost-modeling to enable continuous improvement and compliance across strategies.

Qualifications

• BA in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Engineering (Industrial or Chemical).
• 5+ years’ experience in procurement-related roles.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the Procurement Strategy for assigned suppliers.
• Collaborate with global and regional procurement Specialists.
• Lead strategy creation, market approach, contract negotiation, and implementation.
• Assess business requirements and conduct competitive tenders.
• Develop business cases and ‘should cost’ models for identified scopes.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts for strategies and contracting activities.
• Enable and champion compliance mind set.
