The role focuses on category strategy, cost optimization, and supplier management across direct spend with cross-functional collaboration. The position requires 5+ years in Purchasing/Supply Chain, strong negotiation and leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive value while mitigating risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in Purchasing/Supply Chain environment with relevant business experience.
• 3+ years project management, execution of or participation in large, cross-functional projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing dynamic work teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for assigned categories globally and lead negotiations to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Support divisional projects and provide purchasing guidance and leadership to stakeholders.
• Participate in planning and forecasting to establish standard costs and explain price variances.
• Lead or participate in change management to align internal and external stakeholders.
