Job summary

Jane Roberts Consulting is seeking a Global Procurement Category Lead - Portfolio to shape and execute a globally aligned procurement strategy across the Portfolio category. This role partners with business functions to deliver sustainable value through strategic sourcing, cost optimization, supplier risk management, and collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in global or regional category management with track record of developing and executing procurement strategies.
• Commercial acumen with stakeholder, negotiation and leadership skills; experienced in global, matrix organization.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Deep experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and contract management; strong analytical, influencing and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate market insight into tangible business outcomes.

As Global Procurement Category Lead - Portfolio, you will lead the development and execution of a globally aligned procurement strategy across Company’s Portfolio category. Acting as a key procurement business partner, you will deliver sustainable value through strategic sourcing, cost optimization, supplier risk management and strong stakeholder collaboration. This role is critical in supporting business growth, resilience and innovation across regions.

What We Offer

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets.

• Base salary range for this position is $109,600 to $139,700 per year
• Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
• Company believes in total compensation. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, financial, and other wellbeing benefits.
