Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation in Wickliffe, OH is seeking a Global Process Technology Leader for Engineered Polymers to drive the development and deployment of advanced process technologies across our global manufacturing network.

The leader will champion the MET strategy, scale-up programs, and partner with R&D and operations to deliver productivity, sustainability, and performance improvements while building a high-performing, collaborative engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering; 7+ years in chemical manufacturing.
• 3–4 years’ experience managing high level Engineers is a plus.
• 7+ years in process development and/or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Engineered resins, polymers chemistry and manufacturing processes.
• TPU experience preferred.
• cPVC process knowledge for resin and compound.
• Proven success in driving change in a matrix organization.
• Strong communication, networking, and project management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Global TPU/Medical Process Technology team and aligns initiatives.
• Develop MET processes and lead global productivity initiatives.
• Partner with R&D and external tollers to develop METPlus and Prime pipelines.
• Lead scale-up activities and pilot process data.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and risk management (FMEA).
• Hire and develop engineering talent.
• Support localization and regional deliverables.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and document results.
