Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation seeks a Global Process Technology Lead to advance manufacturing technology across Engineered Polymers and Medical businesses. You will lead a team of process development engineers, drive MET strategy, and partner with operations to improve productivity, sustainability, and asset performance worldwide.

You will champion process scale‑up, deployment of best practices, and collaboration with R&D and external partners to accelerate learning and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS in Chemical Engineering; 7+ years chemical manufacturing experience.
• 3-4 years’ experience managing high level Engineers is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in process development and/or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Engineered resins, polymers chemistry and manufacturing processes.
• TPU experience preferred.
• Strong communication, networking and project management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global TPU/Medical Process Technology team and align with operations on productivity initiatives.
• Develop MET dashboards and KPIs to quantify performance and investment value.
• Lead scale‑up activities and pilot processes to enable accelerated learning.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma for data‑driven improvements and risk mitigation.
• Lead risk management via FMEA and ensure safety during labs and plants.
• Hire and develop engineering talent; build cross‑functional partnerships.
• Provide regional PT leadership and collaborate with R&D and external partners.
• Surface opportunities and drive global productivity initiatives across locations.
