Job summary

Amazon’s Workplace Health and Safety Technical Solutions Team seeks a Senior Process Safety Engineer to lead global Process Safety Management initiatives. You will drive compliance with OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, Seveso, and other standards across facilities worldwide, applying CCPS RBPS and AG practices.

The role emphasizes hydrogen and alternative energy safety, risk identification, and scalable risk management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Chemical/Process Safety or related field.
• Experience in leading global process safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead PHAs (HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA) across global operations and drive risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain RBPS governance and risk information.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, Seveso and related standards.
• Provide training and mentorship on process safety topics.
