Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of digital products, collaborating with Developers, Designers, and Digital Product Managers to define requirements and prioritize features for timely releases.

You will lead agile ceremonies, own acceptance criteria, maintain the backlog, and translate market insights into concrete product improvements, while mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Management or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years as a Product Owner on an agile software team.

Responsibilities

• Promote collaboration and ensure team understanding of roles.
• Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with development to ensure clear user story acceptance; be the team captain.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog with epics, features, and user stories; refine backlog.
• Define and prioritize features and create/maintain a product roadmap.
• Work with UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
