Job summary

TDW is seeking an experienced professional to lead critical process improvements across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. The role focuses on strengthening product lifecycle management, improving AX controls, and driving operational excellence from NPI to engineering changes.

The candidate will evaluate workflows, implement standardized controls, and ensure alignment among design, procurement, engineering, and production.

Qualifications

• Experience driving process improvements in manufacturing, engineering, or product development.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Improve revision control and document management in Dynamics AX.
• Develop standardized item setup and control procedures to improve data integrity.
• Establish and maintain supplier review processes and supplier quality standards.
• Lead ECO and TAP workflow improvements.
• Create AX processes to manage prototype parts through development and validation.
• Improve integration between design and production systems for smooth transitions.
