Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business, engineering, finance, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience across multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale business improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong project and program management expertise across cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain.
• Drive Global Business Excellence and transformation initiatives to support growth and margin improvement.
• Ensure alignment of projects, value streams, and executive priorities.
• Promote continuous improvement across global locations and lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Provide updates and recommendations to executive leadership and align initiatives with business objectives.
