Job summary

James Hardie is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Process Owner (GPO) to advance enterprise-wide process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement. You will partner with business functions, technology teams, and operations to design future-state processes and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder influence, and hands-on BPM tools expertise (SAP Signavio, Power BI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required.
• 5-7+ years of experience in business process analysis, enterprise transformation, operational excellence, project management, or related roles.
• Experience supporting process owners within a global operating model or shared services environment; and maintaining enterprise process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Process Owners in governance frameworks, standards, and operating models.
• Document current/future-state process flows, roles, and system interactions; facilitate workshops.
• Develop KPI measures; prepare reporting materials for leadership reviews.
• Drive standardization, simplification, automation, and process improvements across functions.
• Assist in evaluation and implementation of process improvements aligned to GPO priorities; embed changes into operations.
