Job summary

Kraton is seeking an experienced engineering leader for our Savannah, GA or Panama City, FL manufacturing sites. You will apply advanced technical principles to develop innovative solutions and lead multiple projects to improve operations and customer outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering, supervisory experience, and a strong ability to connect technical work to safety, environmental, sustainability, quality, and operational value.

• 10+ years of experience in Engineering or related field.
• Supervisory training and experience.

• Able to solve complex operating issues, resource issues and constraints with limited guidance.
• Frequent contacts with internal personnel and at various management levels concerning operations or scheduling or specific phases of engineering projects or contracts.
• Conducts briefings and participates in technical meetings for internal management and external representatives concerning specific operations.
• Determine scope, budget, and timeline of intermediate sized projects
• Delivers results and improvements to internal and external customers.
• Travel 25% based on business needs

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Engineering or related field.
• Supervisory training and experience.
• Connecting engineering solutions to value added results (safety, environmental, sustainability, quality, operations)

Education, Certifications & Licenses
