Kraton is seeking a Senior Engineer for our Panama City, FL manufacturing site or Savannah, GA. The role requires applying advanced technical principles, leading projects and driving improvements across operations to enhance safety, quality and efficiency.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10+ years of experience with supervisory background are preferred. The position involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, with up to 25% travel to meet business needs and

• Able to solve complex operating issues, resource issues and constraints with limited guidance.
• Frequent contacts with internal personnel and at various management levels concerning operations or scheduling or specific phases of engineering projects or contracts.
• Conducts briefings and participates in technical meetings for internal management and external representatives concerning specific operations.
• Determine scope, budget, and timeline of intermediate sized projects
• Delivers results and improvements to internal and external customers.
• Travel 25% based on business needs
