Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s International Private Bank Platform Business Management Team seeks a Finance and Business Manager-Associate. You will act as a COO to regional leadership, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to policies while coordinating with Controls, Compliance, Legal, and other partners.

You will organize complex information into strategic management materials, support audits, and lead initiatives to simplify end-to-end business processes in line with regional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Demonstrated organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand International Private Bank priorities and participate in initiatives to improve processes and add value.
• Partner with functional areas to drive process improvements and change initiatives.
• Monitor adherence to policies and procedures through testing.
• Coordinate with front-office, support, and control functions to address root causes of recurring issues.
• Identify business risks and drive mitigating controls.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and governance deliverables.
• Manage projects and respond to requests for analysis and presentations.
• Create clear management materials and dashboards with strong design in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Prepare meeting materials for leadership and training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with business partners to drive next steps.
