Job summary

Consilio, LLC is seeking a Global Privacy Program Director with 7+ years of privacy experience to coordinate day-to-day operations across the United States, UK/EMEA, and global markets. This full-time role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer, translating strategy into practical controls and guidance for cross-functional teams.

You will lead governance, DPIA/PIA, data mapping, and risk reviews, and collaborate with Legal, Security, IT, Product, and Ops to embed

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of privacy experience.
• Deep GDPR knowledge including UK GDPR.
• IAPP certification preferred (CIPP/E and/or CIPP/US).
• D., or equivalent advanced privacy credential preferred.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable guidance.
• Experience with AI governance concepts.
• Regulatory and cross-border transfer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day privacy program operations globally.
• Implement governance processes and accountability mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, IT, and business teams.
• Address GDPR, UK GDPR, and US state privacy laws.
• Monitor AI regulatory guidance and update policies.
• Prepare executive reports and metrics for leadership.
• Support regulatory inquiries and audits.
