Peloton Interactive, Inc. is seeking an experienced Legal Director, Privacy to lead Peloton's global privacy program and serve as a primary privacy advisor to the business.

You will collaborate with Information Security, Data Analytics, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other units to embed privacy by design in all products and interactions. This role requires translating global regulations into practical, scalable privacy frameworks.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in good standing of at least one state bar (New York bar admission preferred).
• 12+ years of legal experience with a significant focus on privacy and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and refine Peloton's global privacy program, including policies, procedures, and data governance standards.
• Embed privacy by design in core processes for collecting, maintaining, using and sharing personal data.
• Develop and manage privacy risk management, DPIAs, data subject rights, and incident responses.
