Job summary

Stryker’s Global Privacy & Technology legal team is seeking a privacy professional to support a global privacy program. You will partner with privacy pros, legal counsel, compliance, and business stakeholders to manage processes, assess risk, and drive regulatory obligations across the organization.

You will assist with DPIAs, individual rights responses, and audits while helping to improve privacy initiatives and track KPIs. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in privacy or compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years in privacy, compliance or risk.
• Experience conducting privacy assessments, reviews or audits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the receipt, management and response to privacy inquiries from regulators, customers and stakeholders.
• Assist with DPIA/Risk assessment activities and regulatory filings.
• Support responses to data subject requests and track KPIs for reporting.
• Coordinate audits, monitoring, and improvements with Internal Audit, IT Security and Legal.
• Propose enhancements to privacy programs based on industry trends and business needs.
• Monitor privacy program status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
