Job summary

Stryker Group's Global Privacy & Technology legal team is seeking a professional to support the execution of a global privacy program, partnering with privacy, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to manage privacy processes, assess risk, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries from regulators and customers, conducting PIAs and DPIAs, responding to data subject requests with KPI tracking, coordinating audits with Internal Audit, IT Security, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years supporting privacy, data privacy, compliance, or risk programs.
Experience with privacy assessments (PIAs/DPIAs) or related reviews.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

Support inquiries regarding privacy practices from regulators, customers, patients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with regulators and authorities for filings, registrations and appointments.
Conduct DPIAs/PIAs and assist risk assessments.
Assist with individual rights requests and track KPIs for reporting.
Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, IT Security and Legal for audits and monitoring.
Identify improvements to the privacy program and processes.
Escalate issues to management for legal review when needed.
