Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Analyst, Global Privacy Compliance in a remote-capable role spanning multiple U.S. locations, including Mahwah, NJ.

You will support the global privacy program by coordinating inquiries, DPIAs, and rights requests, while aligning with regulatory and business needs. You will work with privacy professionals, legal, and compliance teams to drive risk assessment, audits, and continuous improvement across privacy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting privacy, compliance or risk management.
• Experience conducting, reviewing, or supporting privacy assessments, compliance reviews, audits, or regulatory processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support receipt, management, and response to inquiries regarding privacy practices from government and regulatory agencies, customers, patients, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with filings, registrations, appointments, and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct Data Privacy Impact Assessments in line with DPIA directives and risk assessment requirements.
• Assist with review and response to individual rights requests, including KPI tracking for reporting.
• Support ongoing auditing and monitoring activities with Internal Audit, IT Security, and Legal.
• Propose improvements to the Privacy program informed by business needs and industry trends.
• Identify and escalate issues to management and/or for legal review in a timely manner.
