The ideal candidate will combine business judgment with automation skills to deliver actionable insights across countries. Responsibilities include leading financial reviews, developing KPIs, and presenting complex data to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.
• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating financial review meetings with Business and Finance stakeholders to support decision making.
• Driving thought leadership in the area of quantifying the value of distinct customer behaviors.
• Creating and improving financial metrics, reports and scorecards.
• Developing and leveraging relationships within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
• Being comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environment.
