Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced scientific degree PhD/MD/PharmD strongly preferred.
• 6+ years post bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with graduate/advanced degree in pricing, market access, HEOR, or consulting.
• Direct experience with Oncology, Neurology/Neuroscience, Epilepsy, or Sleep Medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Global Pricing Analytics, Competitive Intelligence & Policy Monitoring: monitor pricing, reimbursement, and policy trends across key markets and translate into pricing guidance.
• Pricing & Market Access: develop pricing models, GTN estimates, and scenario analyses to inform launches and lifecycle pricing.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with GSMI, U.S. and EUR/INT teams to design pricing studies and guide market access decisions.
• NPP pricing support: assist with in-licensing, M&A pricing evaluations, and heatmap assessments for global markets.
• Advise on pricing and access risks for pipeline assets, coordinating with R&D, Clinical Ops, and HEOR teams.
