Proven ability to translate scientific capabilities into deployed, value-generating solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the Seed Product Development strategy for end-to-end phenotyping in breeding.
Supervise and partner with teams, third parties, and external collaborators to deploy phenotyping approaches.
Translate complex outputs into decision-ready guidance and deployment plans for stakeholders.
