Qualifications

• Ph.D. required with 10+ years in weed management, crop protection, and herbicide resistance.
• Deep expertise in weed science, population biology, and resistance mechanisms.
• Strong skills in molecular biology and bioinformatics tools.
• Proven track record leading complex research programs and collaborating with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead global herbicide resistance management programs with scientific rigor and sustainability alignment.
• Develop and execute resistance management plans across APAC, EMEA, LATAM and North America.
• Provide technical leadership on resistance risk assessment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Integrate global resistance data to inform research priorities and business decisions.
• Develop predictive resistance models to guide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with modality experts to evaluate resistance risks in new molecules.
• Design and oversee resistance monitoring, screening and modeling frameworks.
