• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years in PR operations, business operations, chief of staff, or related role.
• Professional experience in the legal industry preferred.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to translate priorities into actionable plans.

• Partner with PR leadership to establish priorities, translate objectives into operating plans, coordinate leadership agendas and planning cycles, and monitor progress against commitment.
• Connect work across regions, practices, industries, and specialist teams to identify dependencies and ensure follow-through.
• Anticipate operational needs, surface risks, and propose practical solutions for global priorities.
• Develop scalable guidance, playbooks, protocols, and messaging resources for consistent delivery.
• Establish global operational standards across PR function and oversee reporting, metrics, and vendor relations.
