Job summary

Water.org is seeking an Associate Director, Global Portfolio Management to oversee the Financial Institution Services portfolio and drive new business development across regions. The role partners with the Global Director to execute a multi-year strategy with banks, MFIs, and other partners globally.

The position emphasizes leadership across four regional leads, data-driven performance, and strategic advisory to advance Water.org's mission, working from Latin America with international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 10+ years of enterprise finance partnerships with leadership in partnerships.
• 4+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience with portfolio management tools and Excel/Salesforce.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to secure partnerships and funding.
• Oversee global portfolio management and burn rate.
• Monitor policy and market trends relevant to FI partnerships.
• Engage stakeholders to advance strategic objectives.
