Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Data Center Project Manager for the Center for Advanced Liquid Cooling Solutions (CALCS) in Carrollton, TX. The role sits on-site and offers visibility across Engineering, Operations, and Quality to drive engineering-to-order projects.

This growth role targets individuals with 2+ years in engineering/manufacturing and a BS in Engineering, ready to advance to a full PM position with increasing responsibility and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, hardware, software or technical environment.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting technical project execution.
• Experience with data centers, HVAC, thermal management, liquid cooling, semiconductor.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities, timelines, and NPD deliverables.
• Support creation and improvement of process documentation and workflows.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality on requirements.
• Track risks, changes, and priorities to ensure on-time execution.
• Lead portions of roadmap and engineered-to-order projects with PMO guidance.
• Document decisions, timelines, milestones, and action items.
