Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Life Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• PMP certification or MEM required.
• 20+ years leading complex life sciences projects/programs or portfolios.
• Proven experience building and scaling PMOs, governance, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision, growth roadmap, and operating model for Project Farma's PMO and Practice.
• Establish and continuously improve PM methodologies, governance, standards, tools, and best practices.
• Lead planning, service development, capability expansion, and initiatives to differentiate the practice.
