Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Vice President, Program Management Office to lead the global PMO for the Product Business Unit. This executive role ensures the portfolio is delivered on schedule, within budgets, and with readiness for successful commercialization.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to drive governance, integrated planning, and resource optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 20+ years of leadership in Program Management or PMO.
• 10+ years leading global program organizations.
• Experience with portfolio management, stage-gate governance, and executive reporting.
• Experience with hardware, software, manufacturing, and engineering development programs.
• Experience with NPI, engineering change management, and product lifecycle execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term PMO strategy aligned with BU strategy and roadmap.
• Establish global PMO operating model across product, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
• Drive investment planning, dashboards, and governance for portfolio execution.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness and program health assessments.
• Provide executive visibility into portfolio health, resources, and financial performance.
• Represent Fluence with executive leadership and strategic partners.
