Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, or related field.
• 7+ years in construction with strong document control and PMIS experience.
• Experience establishing enterprise-level document control standards across multiple projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Procore, SharePoint, ACC or similar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern enterprise-wide document control standards, policies, and lifecycle processes (creation, versioning, retention, archival, and disposal).
• Drive adoption and enforcement of standardized document control practices across global site teams, contractors, and partners.
• Establish and maintain naming conventions, numbering systems, templates, and document structures to ensure consistency and data integrity.
• Serve as the SME for document control within PMIS platforms (Procore, SharePoint, ACC), aligning system workflows with governance standards.
• Provide system support and guidance to project teams and contractors, including troubleshooting and reinforcing standard processes.
• Monitor compliance and adoption, identify gaps, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with IT and system teams to optimize platform configuration and improve document management workflows.
• Develop and deliver training programs, onboarding materials, and job aids to ensure consistent system usage globally.
