Job summary

ESAB is seeking a Global Product Manager for RoboMIG & Automated Systems, responsible for the strategy and performance of EWM’s robotics portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of MIG/MAG welding and industrial robotics.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and is fluent in English and German, demonstrating strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas. The position offers a hybrid work environment and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIG/MAG welding and/or robotic welding applications.
• Strong understanding of industrial robotics (ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Yaskawa).
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global product strategy for robotic MIG/MAG and automation solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle and portfolio performance.
• Work closely with OEMs, integrators, and key customers.
• Ensure portfolio profitability, margins, and cost optimization.
