Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II (Non-Technical) to join our team and shape the future of global commerce. You will coordinate day-to-day project deliverables, manage financials, and communicate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

The role covers initiating and planning, budgets, timelines, vendor coordination, and project closure. Hybrid work in Cincinnati, OH with three office days.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, CS, or equivalent.
• PMBOK knowledge and project management standards.
• Experience managing project budgets and timelines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, analysis, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Office, Visio, Salesforce, ClickTime, Workday, and SharePoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects from initiation through delivery.
• Lead initiation activities identifying obligations, client needs and goals, contacts.
• Ensure internal project requirements align to standards; document exceptions.
• Develop and execute project plans, scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Identify resources and assign major project roles; monitor progress.
• Coordinate activities among team members, internal departments, and client/vendor orgs.
• Manage risks, issues, and progress to meet deadlines, scope and quality.
• May oversee vendor/subcontractor tasks and deliverables where appropriate.
• Serve as liaison to ensure targets and requirements are met.
• Deliver presentations to business groups and clients.
• Close projects with handover documentation and post-implementation review.
