John Deere seeks a strategic Manager, Product Lifecycle Management at the Waterloo Product Engineering Center in Waterloo, IA. You will lead global PLM initiatives, align processes, and govern SAP, Windchill, and PDM to optimize product data and configurations across regions.

You will drive standardization, develop talent, and influence stakeholders worldwide, partnering with engineering, IT, and operations to accelerate new product introductions and lifecycle excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global engineering, technical, operations, or business support organizations.
• Ability to lead and influence across functions, regions, and cultures.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, engineering change, and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and harmonize global PLM processes across US, Mexico, and France, including SAP/PLM support.
• Own governance for SAP, Windchill, PDM, workflow, and product structure.
• Provide leadership on engine configuration definition and variant logic across JDPS.
• Oversee drafting/modeling support to improve drawing quality and release efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvements to release processes and data quality.
• Establish global standards, metrics, and governance for lifecycle systems.
