Resorts World Catskills is seeking an International Player Development Executive to market and manage premium players, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth across the organization. You will coordinate with international marketing leadership and ensure policy compliance while promoting the property through targeted offers and events.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Three (3) years' casino marketing experience in a large-scale gaming operation
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate gaming license with NYS Gaming Commission

Responsabilités

• Marketing and maintain relationships with assigned high-worth players.
• Drive revenue growth through relationship marketing and telemarketing.
• Promote the property using offers, events and promotions to drive visits.
• Ensure highest level of customer service to guests at all times.
• Represent the company at events and promotions when required.
• Develop new premium players through networking and referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality of high-worth players and guests.
