Job summary

Big Blue Marble Academy in Texas is hiring an Early Child Care Lead Teacher to guide a play-based curriculum and help children grow with hands-on learning.

You will develop daily rapport with families, use electronic reports to share milestones, and uphold enhanced safety guidelines in a state-licensed classroom. The role requires caring for children, teamwork, and a commitment to inclusive education.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Early Childhood coursework, CDA or degree required.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate preferred.
• At least six months experience working in childcare, daycare or preschool.
• Employees must stand for six to eight hours daily and lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Must be able to visually supervise children at all times.
