You will define operating models, lead distributed teams, drive AI-enabled automation, and align investment priorities with business outcomes while maintaining ITSM compliance and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience shaping operating models and guiding evolving organizations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead high-stakes incidents with composure and executive presence.
• Continuous learner with experience applying AI technologies to operational problems.

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and evolve operational strategy for foundational technology services.
• Translate enterprise strategy into operating models, roadmaps, staffing, and investments.
• Lead and mentor a geographically distributed leadership team and drive accountability.
• Promote a data-driven operations model using metrics and telemetry for decision-making.
