Responsibilities

• Lead Long-Range Planning & New Product Launch Strategy for Fenty Verse brands.
• Own global planning across regions and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Drive forecast accuracy with pre-season and in-season analyses; use bottoms-up and tops-down methods.
• Coordinate across Supply Chain, Brand, Finance and regional teams; surface risks and opportunities.
• Build and improve planning tools and reporting processes.
