GSK in the United States seeks a Pipeline Project Manager to lead integrated plans, manage schedule and budget, and partner with asset leads to accelerate development while ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires 7+ years in pharmaceutical R&D project management, knowledge of PMI/PMBOK, governance interactions, and building robust project plans. Competitive benefits and annual bonus are offered.

Competenze

• BS/BA in a related field required; PMI/PMBOK knowledge preferred.
• Experience in governance interactions to enable funding and resourcing.
• Experience building and maintaining integrated project plans, budgets and resource forecasts.

Mansioni

• Facilitate and/or contribute to asset and evidence strategy and develop the integrated project plan.
• Own the integrated plan with schedules and budgets; align with TA strategy.
• Lead options planning and tradeoffs to optimize project strategy.
• Lead governance preparations and provide inputs for decisions.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate by challenging constraints on the critical path.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs and risk management across projects.
