Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Technical Security Manager to oversee physical security across its global real estate portfolio, including offices, data centers, and R&D spaces. You will apply ASIS and ISO standards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure policy adherence while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

This hands-on role requires designing and maintaining security systems, managing access control and surveillance, and preparing for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in physical security management.
• Strong knowledge of ASIS standards and ISO standards.
• Hands-on experience with physical security systems (access control, surveillance).
• Expertise in Lenel, Avigilon or similar software management.

Responsibilities

• Implement tailored physical security measures for Nokia facilities, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
• Collaborate with global safety and security functions to address threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct risk assessments aligned with ASIS and ISO standards.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of physical security systems during facilities projects.
• Participate in audits and support area managers for internal and external audits.
• Develop technical security designs for large-scale implementations across Nokia real estate.
