EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Security Project Manager in the United States (MA area) to lead complex security construction projects for corporate and critical infrastructure environments. You will drive standards, manage vendors, and assure on-time delivery within budget while coordinating with IT, facilities, and stakeholders.

The role demands strong budgeting, risk management, and communication skills, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 5+ years in a security-related project role with budgeting experience.
• Strong IT and systems architecture knowledge; able to read construction drawings.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise PMO for security projects and manage budgets, schedules, and analyses.
• Coordinate with facilities, IT, procurement and vendors to create SOWs.
• Manage RFPs for security components and ensure design standards.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of physical security systems across environments.
• Plan, budget, schedule, and allocate resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risk, changes, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regs, and security standards.
• Lead testing, commissioning, turnover, and end-user training.
• Provide executive-level reporting and communication on status.
