Job summary

Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Sustainability Lead to drive the strategy, architecture, and operations of its physical security technology portfolio across international sites.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and a team of engineers while partnering with Facilities and IT to ensure secure, compliant operations. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years leading cross-functional technical projects or enterprise networking.
• Experience with vendor management, contracts, and SLAs; ability to manage budgets and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Travel willingness to project sites and offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, architecture, and lifecycle of enterprise physical security systems across global sites.
• Lead multi-site security projects end-to-end, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Negotiate contracts/SOWs and enforce SLAs with security integrators and MSPs.
• Collaborate with IT/Network Engineering on network design for security systems and cybersecurity hardening.
• Build and mentor a team of systems admins and engineers; set goals and develop capability.
• Own budget planning for physical security—capital estimates, maintenance, licensing, forecasting.
• Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and SOPs across platforms.
• Drive incident response and root-cause analysis; report to senior leadership.
