Job summary

Tolmar is seeking a Security Manager to protect personnel, facilities, and assets across CO and IL sites. You will develop and administer Tolmar’s physical security program, oversee guard services, access control, video surveillance, and crisis response procedures.

Partner with site leadership, regulators, and vendors to ensure compliance, manage budgets, and drive security improvements. Strong leadership, risk assessment, and program management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field.
• Eight or more years in corporate security with leadership experience.
• Experience managing third-party security providers and contracts.
• Certifications in CPP or PSP preferred.
• Regulatory and regulatory inspections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with site leadership and crisis management teams.
• Serve as primary POC for third-party security contractors and KPIs.
• Manage MSAs, SOWs, POs and NDAs with vendors.
• Develop and maintain Tolmar’s physical security program (access control, CCTV, crisis response).
• Liaise with authorities and emergency services for coordination and inspections.
• Develop security budget and monitor expenditures; drive security investments.
• Lead security investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Business Continuity to support disaster recovery planning.
• Deliver security awareness training and tabletop exercises.
• Report security performance metrics and risk indicators to leadership.
