Job summary

Tolmar Inc. in Windsor, CO, seeks a Security Manager to protect personnel, facilities and assets by developing and administering Tolmar’s physical security program.

You will serve as primary security contact for CO and IL sites, oversee guard management, access controls, surveillance, and crisis response. Lead risk assessments, inspections, and security training; manage relationships with vendors, authorities, and business continuity teams, and drive security policy development and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive corporate security experience.
• 5+ years of leadership in security programs.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing/pharma/healthcare.
• Experience managing third-party security providers and contracts.
• Certifications in Security Management (CPP/PSP) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with site leadership and crisis management teams.
• Act as main POC for third-party security contractors on site.
• Manage MSAs, SOWs, POs and NDAs with security vendors.
• Develop and maintain the physical security program (access controls, surveillance, crisis response).
• Liaise with authorities and emergency services.
• Prepare for and support inspections; ensure compliance.
• Partner with Business Continuity on BC/DR plans.
• Investigate incidents and manage actions to completion.
• Develop roadmap for security infrastructure investments.
• Manage security budget and vendor value.
• Deliver security awareness and training programs.
• Develop and review security policies, standards and procedures.
• Report security metrics, trends, and risk indicators.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
